Around Cary, good coaches book up before each season, so ask about waiting lists and package rates rather than single lessons. Group clinics are the cheapest way for an adult beginner to get regular court time and a set of practice partners, and many programs across North Carolina sort players by NTRP level so matches stay competitive. League sign-ups happen a few weeks before each season through a club or a local USTA captain. Camps and junior academies usually require a short evaluation first; ask about scholarship or sliding-scale spots, which many non-profit tennis associations offer.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 3:30–9:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (919) 353-9158. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 22 reviews, which is a strong result for a tennis academy in Cary and suggests consistent service.
Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Cary is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unequal Treatment & Unprofessional Behavior. Our family had a very negative experience at Impact Table Tennis Club. The owner does not treat customers equally, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. A member of our group carefully tried to adjust a table just a few inches because there is a structural post right next to it, making it unsafe to play. All the tables have wheels, and we even lifted the table gently to avoid any possibility of damage. Despite this, the owner suddenly yelled in outrage, claiming that moving the table would “damage the flooring” and that he has “several million in insurance” to cover injuries. His response was extreme and unnecessary. The issues didn’t stop there. The owner also insisted that our family membership plan only covers two people, even though the sign posted beside the office clearly states the plan is for 2–4 family members. When we asked about the discrepancy, he said he could “do whatever he likes,” which is not how a legitimate business should operate. We also noticed that if you belong to his small Chinese group, you receive preferential treatment and privileges, while others were spoken t

A fantastic, small club for players at all levels. Like any other club, the more you go, the more you'll start recognizing friendly faces and learning the local etiquette. Here you'll find total beginners like myself working on basic strokes or practicing with the ball machine, as well as highly-trained players at various ages seriously training and playing together. As long as you're respectful and not purposefully disruptive, you're very welcome here. Come in and join us.

Both Coach Min and Xiao focus on teaching kids, but also practice with adults. A professional club to improve our ping pang skill. And both coaches are humorous. Or people come here to have fun and play with friends. A quiet place and enough parking space.
